CallMiner NIS Interviewer Update:
With the start of 2024 Q3 NIS, please remember to switch your view in CallMiner to see the latest data. Below shows how to switch your view in CallMiner to a new quarter.
- As a reminder if you do not see any data on your dashboard or the data you see is older (previous quarter) then perhaps your view should be changed to the latest project/quarter.
- The views do not automatically update with each quarter so you will need to update your view and pin the new quarter as the default for your dashboard.
Viewing Your Scores for Different Projects or NIS Quarters
Use the View button in the upper left of the Dashboard to switch between projects- each NIS quarter is treated as a separate project in CallMiner. You can also choose a project to set as your default view.
